House Rules

• Guests are limited to 2 vehicle per unit.
• All tenants occupying a unit MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, unless related by family which then requires only one of the parties to be over 25. Everyone claiming to be over 25 must present proof in form of photo ID during check-in.
• Property speed limit is 15 MPH. Please watch out for children.
• No smoking inside the unit.
• Tents and canopies are not allowed on the private beach access.
• No clothing, towels or other items may be hung over the balcony or porch railings.
• A valid parking pass should be always displayed in your vehicle.
• No parking allowed on grass or in front of dumpsters.
• All watercraft and trailers should be pre-registered prior to arrival. Insurance and registration are mandatory.
• No watercraft or trailers are to be stored on property unless they will fully fit under your condo.
• Dispose of all household trash in dumpsters. Please make other arrangements for fish cleaning debris and leave no trash bags on porches.
• Familiarize yourself with beach warning flags. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguards.
• No pets allowed in this unit or at pools or beaches.
• Glass containers are not allowed at pool or beach.
• Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please shower before entering pools. Use at your own risk.
• Golf course hours are from 8:00 am till sunset.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, but please always be considerate of your neighbor.

The space
We try to provide as many basic amenities as possible to make your stay comfortable and relaxing and your packing easier. With each stay we provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and rags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 trash bags per can, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. We also keep a closet that we allow guests to access that includes 2 backpack beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, pool floats, and a 24 can cooler. We also recently added pickleball paddles and balls for use on the newly updated pickleball courts at Sandpiper Cove.
The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper, and we provide 2 twin cots as another option for families. We have sheets, blankets, and pillows provided for the extra beds as well as extra blankets for cuddling on the couch. The bedroom has a king-sized Nectar memory foam mattress so you will get a great nights’ sleep. We provide 4 king-sized MyPillows (2 firm and 2 medium fill) and 2 down alternative pillows.
The kitchen is loaded with all the essentials you will need during your stay. We have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot so you can choose how to prepare your coffee. We have plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We also keep a fire extinguisher and first aid kit under the kitchen sink for safety.
Guest access
We use a touchpad lock with a unique code given to each guest that is good for the length of their stay.
Guest interaction
We will not be onsite, but are available by phone and have someone available if onsite assistance is needed.
Neighborhood overview
Location, location, location!! Sandpiper Cove has something for everyone. With a 9-hole Par-3 golf course, boat launch, canal dockage, water taxi, private beach, 5 swimming pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, 6 lighted tennis courts, newly updated Pickleball courts, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Ricks Sand Trap all within the resort property, you may never leave the resort. If you do decide to venture off property, you don’t have to go far to enjoy all that Destin has to offer. The resort is close to all kinds of great shopping, restaurants, and family fun!
****Guests MUST be at least 25 years old or accompanied by parents. IDs will be checked at the gate, and they will turn you away. This is a rule for the entire resort.
Getting around
Each stay is permitted to have 2 vehicles. Permits will be given by the guard at the entrance gate. Parking is first come first served, but you should be able to park right at the stairs to the unit.
